I found a few bags of fabric and things at a thrift store last weekend. I don't normally find great fabric, but one bag was full of cottons and blends, both scraps and larger pieces. Take a look:

I have joined the Old Red Barn Co Quilt Along! It's a great non-pattern and I love being able to use up all the fabric that I have for it. (I love the Old Red Barn Co blog but I really don't care for music on a blog - is it just me?)
I'm sure you all know by now that my mom is Jenscloset. It's crazy that she just started her (main) shop last year! She's been so successful and it's been a happy year. She's met lots of new friends and gets to do something she loves everyday. I didn't really know how the shop would do because I myself rarely browsed vintage on Etsy. I wasn't sure if her tastes were the same as the shoppers. I remember helping her pick out a digital camera and the first -umm- great photo of a little dog figurine! It was literally a shot from about 2 feet up of his back!
I've been busy making lots of jewelry. Lots and lots of jewelry. All for the same wedding, but lots of samples etc to keep me busy. Let's just say now I've got lots of extra jewelry to keep for myself, and lots to send off for this wedding.
